The LightLinks initiative aims to promote international solidarity by supporting the cooperation between cities from developed and developing countries on urban lighting projects. The initiative announced its 3rd call for applications, inviting cities to send in their lighting cooperation project proposals. The deadline for applications is 30 June 2012.
